When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship 1 to 3 days after an order is placed.

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes. We will send you an email summarizing the complete details, as soon as an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. When an order is placed, you can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours. 

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience and urge you to contact us if you have any issues or concerns with a product. Every product we offer comes with a 15 day full money back guarantee, and a 30 day exchange policy. In other words, you have options. We can issue a full refund if it's within 15 days from when you received the product. You also have the option to exchange the product(s), or be provided with site credit, if within the 30 day window of receiving the product.

How to request an exchange or refund?

Please email us with your name and order number.

-In the subject line please reference order number and "Refund/Exchange Request."

-List the products you wish to exchange or return and include a description of the issue. Please also include how you would like the issue resolved.

-Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with instructions on how to ship the item back to us, (a return label will be provided).

-Once we receive the product(s), we will provide a full refund, exchange, or credit your account as outlined in your request. 

**In the event a refund is issued, you will receive an e-mail which will include the details of your order and refund. (Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your original payment method).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

No handling/processing fees are ever charged.

My order won't go through, help!

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches the address used for that particular credit card.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE!

Who ships my package?

Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier depending on the service available, ie. FedEx, UPS, USPS.
